Where is my data stored?

All your data is stored on your device and in your private iCloud account. We don't operate any servers and have zero access to your information.

Can I use Hemsaga on multiple devices?

Yes. Your data syncs automatically between all your Apple devices signed into the same iCloud account.

What happens if I delete the app?

Your data remains in your iCloud account. If you reinstall Hemsaga, your data will sync back. To permanently delete your data, use the "Delete All Data" option in Settings before uninstalling.

What does Premium include?

The free version gives you full tracking for one home. Premium unlocks unlimited homes and cost analytics. You can try Premium free for 7 days.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Hemsaga > Cancel. Apple manages all subscriptions directly.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Go to Settings > Privacy > Export Data in the app. Your data is exported as a JSON file that you can save or share.

The app isn't syncing between my devices

Make sure both devices are signed into the same iCloud account and that iCloud Drive is enabled. Try pulling down to refresh in the app. If the issue persists, contact us.
