General FAQ

Where is my data stored?

All our apps store data on your device and in your private iCloud account. We don't operate servers and have zero access to your information.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Go to your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > select the app > Cancel. Apple manages all subscriptions directly.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request one.

The app isn't syncing between my devices

Make sure both devices are signed into the same iCloud account and that iCloud Drive is enabled. Try pulling down to refresh in the app.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Most of our apps support data export from Settings. Check the app-specific support page for details.
